Description
Smooth rimmed hand turned wooden bowl of domestic western hardwoods. Strong grain figure. Each is crafted to achieve a balance between thinness and durability such as to be an elegant addition to any table while remaining durable for generations. Woods used are varied, with Silver maple, ash, and California black oak predominating. All are dense hardwoods suitable for use in food service. Finished with a natural roasted walnut oil, these bowls can be hand washed in the sink, and refreshed a bit with oil over time. With reasonable care, one of these bowls will last a lifetime.

Many are unique one-of-a-kind items, such as those created from natural burls. All are of the highest quality both in workmanship and selection of wood that can be expected to last a lifetime. Finishes are chosen appropriate to their use as either an art piece or utility vessel.
