Welcome to Tuesday Conner Designs, where every design is a One-of-a-Kind work of art handcrafted with love and expertise. Tuesday's artisan-made Mudcloth creations celebrates culture and individuality, offering you unique elegance and style that speaks volumes.
The fabric is created in Mali, Africa where the process of making Mudcloth is a labor of love and artistry that dates back to the 12th Century. Handwoven strips of cotton are meticulously stitched together to form a larger cloth then dyed with mud rich in iron, leaves, twigs and branches. The mud collected from the streams and ponds are allowed to ferment for seasons creating a range of earthly tones. The fabric is then laid out to dry in the sun, beautiful patterns are intricately and carefully painted in to a visual language, rooted in culture, conveying messages about protection, social status, natural elements and spiritual beliefs.
Because each piece is hand-crafted and different from any other, when placing special orders select a color and pattern and we'll do our best to match your request.

Tuesday is the Founder of Poet’s Jazz House and Inner City Cultural Center II. She began to produce events at the age of seventeen at the Foxx Follies Theatre. Tuesday, like her predecessor C. Bernard Jackson is dedicated to providing artists a space to learn, cultivate, grow, perform and sell their art.
This freelance multimedia powerhouse producer's creative vision has a long track record of successfully guiding a wide variety of projects from development to completion. From live stage productions and films to International Award Winning theatrical experiences and Short Films. Tuesday soars on the wings of the angels who taught her.
