I’ve photographed this seldom-visited location on Lake Superior’s north shore on a number of occasions. Several years ago, I arrived here to find a glorious sunrise...and an exhausted battery in my camera.
Years later (and better prepared), I returned to this spot to discover all of the elements I was seeking for this image coming together: a beautiful sky, surf crashing ashore, and amazing light!
