The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were harvested in early October 2011 and have been barrel aged for nearly two years in French Oak Barrels. This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes which creates an extremely smooth and flavorful Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy notes of dried cherries and warm spices combined with leather aromas.
