If the wrong option is chosen, an additional private listing will be created for you. After the full deposit is processed, the creative process starts. After you purchase the deposit, a questionnaire will be emailed to you. Fill out the questionnaire and submit it back to us. Give us 24-48 hours to review your responses, ask follow-up questions, and generate a final estimate for your custom flag. The estimate will be sent to you via Etsy Messenger to await your approval. After final approval is given, we will start creating your custom flag. We will update you throughout the process and provide photos through Etsy Messenger. Upon completing your custom flag, you will be notified via Etsy Messenger and a private listing will be created for you to purchase your flag, less the deposit.
