This piece is named after the beautiful Ulysses butterfly. “Ulysses” is an original 24”x36” alcohol ink original, that has been mounted to a wood panel and framed in a stunning white float frame. The depth and presence of this piece are tangible. While creating Ulysses I expressed points of intensity by adding bright colors amidst cool smokey greys. The large billows blend with spots of color to represent growth and power. This piece is a unique personal favorite.
This piece has been sealed in a UV protective spray to ensure color longevity, hanging hardware installed.
