A blend of milky oat, holy basil, kava, and CBD extracted in alcohol. Kava, being akin to an herbal glass of wine, compliments the relaxation and unwinding effects of CBD. Holy basil and milky oat are also mildly relaxing and soothing to frayed nerves, but these adaptogens also address underlying issues by increasing the body’s resilience to stressors.
