General Terms and Conditions 1. Ticket Purchase & Entry Age Restrictions: All ages are welcome (with adult supervision for minors) Or, Must be 18 or older to attend. Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. Ticket Types: General Admission VIP (includes special amenities) Day Passes (if applicable) Ticket Transfer: Tickets are non-transferable. Re-entry: Re-entry may be limited or prohibited. Lost or Stolen Tickets: Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. 2. Festival Conduct Prohibited Items: Weapons (firearms, knives, etc.) Illegal substances Glass containers Outside food and beverages (except for water in factory-sealed bottles) Professional recording equipment Drones Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Festival organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft. Noise Ordinances: Attendees must comply with all local noise ordinances. Respectful Behavior: Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. This includes harassment, violence, and intoxication. 3. Weather Rain or Shine: The festival will proceed rain or shine. Severe Weather: In case of severe weather, the festival may be delayed or canceled. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations. 4. Artist Line-up & Schedule Artist Line-up: The artist line-up is subject to change without notice. Schedule Changes: The festival schedule is subject to change. 5. Disclaimer Assumption of Risk: By attending the festival, attendees assume all risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to the risk of injury. Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the festival organizers, venue, artists, and their respective employees and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities. 6. Photography & Filming Photography & Filming: Photography and filming may be permitted for personal use. Professional photography and filming may require prior approval.
