The red barricades indicate the road closures happening at 3:00pm. The blue barricades indicate the road closures after the parade collapse road closures happening at 7:00pm. Downtown Rowlett will be closed from 3:00pm - 8:00pm for the safety of our residents and staff. Please visit parking map for the best parking recommendations for the day of the event.
