DC Slices is hot, fresh, thin-crust pizza, crispy sides and daily specials; made from two red-hot food trucks that serve lunch-goers and festival-seekers throughout the District, Maryland and Virginia. Two cousins watched their grandmother cooking every Friday night , back when the whole family came together for dinner. Just watching her fry chicken and fish along with homemade mac and cheese, greens, stringbeans, and cornbread from scratch. As we became older she started letting us cook with her and eventually start making dishes on our own. Over the years we got it down , now we are able to bring those dishes to our customers. As they say in the cooking business " We can put our foot in it "
