Booth spaces are sized appropriately, but please be respectful of your neighbors and do not encroach into surrounding areas. The red dots on the map below indicate areas blocked to vehicle access. GENERAL VENDOR DETAILS Event Footprint: Central Ave from 20th to 31st Street Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM This event is primarily vendor-focused—if you sell out or must leave early, you must walk your items out by hand No drive-up access for breakdown before 5:00 PM A NOTE ABOUT OUR VOLUNTEERS St Pete Pride is powered by an incredible team of volunteers who work hard—often in high heat—for hours before the event even begins. Their dedication is what allows us to host this celebration of love, visibility, and community. We ask that all vendors treat our volunteers with respect and patience. Rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward volunteers will result in removal from the festival. VENDOR LOAD-IN INSTRUCTIONS All vendors must enter the festival route from 28th St S turning eastbound onto Central Avenue. No vehicle access will be permitted from any other street. Refer to the Load-In Map below for route and placement details. Vendor Load-In Begins at 8:00 AM You will receive a separate email with your assigned load-in time and booth address on Central Ave. Please arrive at your scheduled time to help avoid traffic congestion. Unload quickly, relocate your vehicle, and then return to set up your space. Do not begin setting up while your vehicle is parked in the street. You may also unload along nearby side streets and walk items to your booth. VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS No vehicles will be allowed to enter the street fair zone after 10:00 AM All vehicles must be off the festival route by 11:00 AM Any personal or food service vehicles that do not fit entirely within your purchased space must be removed by 11:00 AM Load-out begins at 5:00 PM. No vehicles may re-enter Central Ave before then All vendors must be fully packed up and off the street by 7:00 PM BOOTH LOCATION & MAP Each vendor will receive a Central Avenue address for their booth space.
