Standard Business Vendor Application

This category is for for-profit businesses selling goods or services at PrideFest. Standard Business Vendors may promote their brand, sell products, and engage directly with attendees. Examples include retail shops, salons, artists selling original work, fitness studios, or service-based businesses such as insurance agencies or real estate firms.


Each booth is 10’ x 10’, tables and chairs are not included. Tables and chairs may be added during checkout, subject to availability. Access to electricity is not guaranteed and is reserved for sponsors. Generators are not permitted in the park without prior written consent from the Rhode Island Pride Committee, with the exception of approved food vendors.


Notification Deadlines and Dates

  • Submission by February 28 – Notice sent by March 14
  • Submission by March 31 – Notice sent by April 14
  • Submission by April 30 – Notice sent by May 15
  • Waitlist begins May 1st - Notices sent by May 30

Food Vendor/Truck Application

This category is for food trucks, food carts, and vendors selling prepared food or beverages at PrideFest. Food Vendors may sell ready-to-eat meals, snacks, or non-alcoholic beverages to attendees. All Food Vendors must hold and provide proof of all required licenses, permits, and inspections as required by the City of Providence and the State of Rhode Island prior to the event. Food vendors needing tables and chairs must include those in their registration (not included).

Nonprofit Vendor Application

This category is for nonprofit organizations and community-based groups that provide services, resources, education, or advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. Vendors may share information, connect with attendees, and promote programs or initiatives. Examples include social service agencies, health and wellness organizations, youth programs, advocacy groups, and cultural or faith-based community organizations.


Each booth is 10’ x 10’, tables and chairs are not included. Tables and chairs may be added during checkout, subject to availability. Access to electricity is not guaranteed and is reserved for sponsors. Generators are not permitted in the park without prior written consent from the Rhode Island Pride Committee, with the exception of approved food vendors.

Artisan Vendor Application

-Update: as of 2/27/2026, early bird pricing for the Artisan Vendor Application has ended, we hit the 20 registration limit. Regular/standard pricing for the Artisan Vendor Application has a few spots and will remain open till the limit has been hit.

This category is for individual artists and makers selling handmade or original goods. Artisan Vendors may sell items such as jewelry, artwork, apparel, prints, candles, or other handcrafted products. Artisan booths are 10’ x 10’. There are limited artisan booths available.

Sponsorship Vendor Application

This form is for Rhode Island Pride sponsors participating in PrideFest and related events. Information collected will be used to confirm sponsorship details, coordinate benefits and logistics, and ensure a seamless and successful experience throughout the Pride celebration.


Each booth includes one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Additional tables and chairs may be requested and added during checkout, subject to availability. Access to electricity is not guaranteed and is reserved for sponsors. Generators are not permitted in the park without prior written consent from the Rhode Island Pride Committee, with the exception of approved food vendors.
