About the application

Our Pub serves alcoholic beverages to the public. Bartenders are required to go through, at minimum, Title 4 serving certification. Bartenders work under the management of the pub manager or assistant manager on duty according to AZ Title 4 laws and the rules of the manager and the Mountain of Hope Foundation that sponsors the liquor license. Servers must ID anyone who looks under 40, issue a wristband to anyone who seems too young to serve once their age has been confirmed, know when patrons are intoxicated, and know how to cut people off politely. Bartenders are required to be completely sober for their shifts. Experienced bartenders are preferred.

Terms & Conditions

Must be at least 21 and wear period-themed garb during their shift. Shifts are a minimum of 3.5 hours. Must be on time for shifts and may need to stay over if needed. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy the Faire & you are invited to join us after hours to enjoy our cast pot-luck dinners.
