Terms and Conditions for GA Country Summer Festival 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the GA Country Summer Festival 2026, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not attend the festival.
2. Event Information
- The festival will take place on Sunday, May 10th, 2026, from 12 PM to 9 PM at The Colonnade, Ringgold, GA 30736.
- Admission is free for outdoor activities.
3. Volunteer Participation
- Volunteers must register in advance and agree to fulfill their assigned duties from 12 PM to 7 PM on the event day.
- Volunteers will receive one meal voucher, one event t-shirt, and one event cap.
- Volunteers must be at least 13 years old to participate.
4. Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
5. Personal Property
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The festival organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
6. Liability Waiver
- By attending or volunteering for the festival, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and agree to release the festival organizers, sponsors, and vendors from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims that arise in connection with your participation.
7. Health and Safety
- All attendees are encouraged to follow local health guidelines regarding COVID-19 and other safety measures during the event.
- The festival organizers reserve the right to implement any necessary health and safety measures as required by local authorities.
8. Photography and Videography
- By attending the festival, you agree that your image may be captured in photographs and videos and used for promotional purposes by the festival organizers.
9. Modifications to Terms
- The festival organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the festival website.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
