By signing up as a volunteer for BOWMANFEST 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Volunteer Commitment
Volunteers must arrive 15–20 minutes prior to their assigned shift to allow time for check-in and orientation.
Volunteers are expected to complete their assigned duties in a responsible, respectful, and professional manner.
2. Liability Waiver
All volunteers are required to read and sign a Volunteer Liability Waiver before participating in any event-related activities.
The waiver must be submitted with application or completed onsite prior to the beginning of the shift.
3. Age Requirement
All positions will have minimum age requirements due to safety or access restrictions.
4. Dress Code
Volunteers should dress appropriately for an outdoor event and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
A commemorative volunteer T-shirt will be provided and should be worn during your shift.
5. Volunteer Benefits
Each volunteer will receive:
Two General Admission tickets (valid for either day of the event)
One complimentary meal
One official BOWMANFEST 2025 Volunteer T-shirt
These benefits are offered as a token of appreciation and are non-transferable.
6. Conduct & Behavior
Volunteers must treat all guests, staff, and fellow volunteers with courtesy and respect.
Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or misconduct, may result in dismissal from your volunteer role and removal from the event premises.
7. Event Changes & Cancellations
The Bowman Field Foundation reserves the right to adjust volunteer roles, schedules, or event activities in response to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Photography & Media Release
By volunteering, you grant permission for the Bowman Field Foundation to use photographs or video taken during the event, which may include your likeness, for promotional or marketing purposes.
9. Safety Protocols
Volunteers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by event staff.
In case of emergency, volunteers should immediately alert an event coordinator or staff member.
