About the application

Thank you for applying to join us this year! This volunteer application is for Tokyo, OK: HERE & NOW June 26-28, 2026. Set up for the event is Thursday, June 25. Tear down for the event is Sunday, June 28. *Please use your legal name when applying. We have a separate question asking about preferred names.

Terms & Conditions

All volunteers must complete a total of 12 hours. It is not required for you to assist in set up or tear down, however, if you do, those count towards your 12 hours. - The event is run by volunteers. All positions are unpaid. -We provide lunch on Friday, Saturday & Sunday of the convention. We provide dinner on Friday & Saturday of the convention. We do not provide food on Thursday. - Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older by Wednesday, June 24, 2026. There are some exceptions to this requirement if a parent or legal guardian is also volunteering. - The deadline for signing up is May 15, 2026. You will be notified by email by May 29, 2025, if you are selected as a volunteer. - If you are selected as a volunteer, please remember that your behavior is an example to the other attendees. If your behavior is not to the standard of OS4CA, you may lose some or all incentives earned, be relieved of duty, and possibly be removed from the convention. Please ensure you read our Code of Conduct prior to applying.
