LeMoyne Arts is seeking artists and fine crafters to fill our gallery with the original, giftable pieces that our community has come to know and love. Join us in transforming the LeMoyne Arts Gallery into a sparkly holiday wonderland, visited by families, art lovers, and gift seekers of all ages.
 
This year’s theme, A Diamond Jubilee, celebrates our 60th Anniversary! With retrospective displays to reflect on LeMoyne’s history and shining décor to represent a bright future.

We're hosting a Pop-Up Garden Galleria event in our renovated gardens during our Grand Opening on Saturday, Nov. 18, from 9am – 6pm.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. The earlier you apply the sooner you’ll know your results! 
 
Application Deadlines: 
  • Early Bird Deadline: Monday, August 28, $30 application fee
  • Final Deadline: Monday, September 25, $40 application fee
  • DEADLINE EXTENSION! MONDAY, OCTOBER 9, AT 11:59PM, $40 application fee

Inventory List Deadlines: 
  • Early Bird Applicants: Monday, September 18th 
  • Regular Applicants: Monday, October 2nd
  • DEADLINE EXTENSION: Monday, October 16th
 
If Accepted: 
  • Acceptance notifications will be sent through Eventeny. Please look at the terms and conditions for more information.
  • We encourage artists to take "behind the scenes" photos of their process to include in our marketing efforts. Email them (with third-person descriptions) to powell@lemoyne.org or add them to your application.

Barcodes Pickup =  
  • Barcodes will be ready for pick up starting the week of October 23rd

Item Drop-off =
  • All items must be dropped off at LeMoyne (with their barcodes attached) between Nov. 6 - Nov. 11 between 11-6pm in a labeled box or container. 

Unsold Work Pickup = 
  • Tuesday, January 2, 2023 – Saturday, January 6, 2024, between 11:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.
Items We’re Looking For:
  • Ornaments are our top sellers and see the most traffic.
  • This year, we're especially interested in original 2D artwork & quality prints. 
  • Items should be designed & priced for holiday gift-giving. Please consider submitting items that are priced at a gift-giving price point, usually between $5-100.
  • Examples of popular items:
    • Ornaments, small paintings/ 2-D framed work, packaged prints, notecards, playing cards, wearable gifts (jewelry/ scarves/ hats), pet-friendly items, gifts for men, gifts for children, small wall hangings, hostess and cocktail-themed items, coffee mugs, candles, packaged snacks/ candy, soap, jam, serving plates, garden items, coasters, throw pillows, and home goods.
    • Saleable prints and other printed products with your original artwork on them are welcome. Just make sure your signature, print edition, logo, etc. are on your work. 
  • Popular themes:
    • Annual Theme: A Diamond Jubilee
      • Shining, sophisticated, timeless.
    • Beach & Ocean, Florida/ Tallahassee, Local Landmarks, Winter Wonderland, Classic Holiday, Hannuka & multicultural celebrations, Furry Friends (especially dogs and cats), Recycled & Revamped, Glitz & Glamour, Flora & Fauna, Garden, Collectibles, One-of-a-kind pieces.

Grand Opening Holiday Garden Galleria Pop-Up Show

NEW OPPORTUNITY! LeMoyne Arts' is hosting a special event to kick off the holiday season. As an exciting feature of the opening of our 60th annual Holiday Show on Saturday, November 18, 9AM-6PM, we are creating a Holiday Garden Galleria. 
 
We have a few spots left for a small late application fee. 
 
Now that our newly renovated gardens are open and ready for visitors, we are excited to offer the opportunity for artists to show their works in an outdoor Garden Galleria event as the kick-off to a new series of pop-up shows at LeMoyne. Building on our decades of experience with visual arts events, including the Chain of Parks Art Festival, we will have live entertainment, kid-friendly activities, food trucks, and adult-friendly libations ALL DAY LONG! 
 
This Garden Galleria is an ideal opportunity for artisans/artists to sell directly to visitors and holiday shoppers in a beautiful venue dedicated to the visual arts. Participating artists will enjoy significant marketing exposure and excited crowds looking to buy local, original, giftable items. We also welcome non-artist vendors who make artisan treats (packaged candy, soap, candles, etc.) Please note, you're also welcome to apply for the main gallery Holiday Show as well. 
 
ARTIST AMENITIES
  • After a 1-time Participation Fee, artists will retain 100% of sales of goods sold.
  • Complementary artists can join together and split a 10x10 booth (for a small fee).
  • Limited to 30 booth spaces.
  • LeMoyne will provide a 10x10 space to set up your white pop-up tent and arrange your own display.
    • Don’t have a tent? You can rent or buy one locally for an average of $80-115.
    • There will be 3 spots available under our new Kiln Pavilion that will not require a tent, those artists will also get a 10x10 area to set up their display.
  • Volunteer booth sitters upon request (when available).
  • Printed program with booth map and sample images for each artist.
  • Lots of digital and printed advertisements will be produced and shared with the community. 
  • Complimentary nearby reserved parking (limited, first-come-first-served basis). 
  • Indoor bathrooms. 
  • Complimentary water and light snacks will be provided.

  • A limited number of booths can be split between 2 artists for an additional $20 fee. 
  • First come first serve! Based on limited space, late applications ($110 application fee) will be considered, if we're not already sold out. 
  • Payments will be processed once your application is approved. 
EVENT SCHEDULE: 
Friday, Nov. 17, 2023 = 
  • Artists can check in with a staff member and then begin setting up between 11am - 6pm and finish Saturday, Nov. 18 before 8:45am. We will lock the gates overnight and are looking into overnight security. 
Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023 (in case of rain, we will move to Sunday, Nov. 19) = 
  • 9am - 10am = LeMoyne Arts Members Mimosa Mixer & Preview
  • 10am - 6pm = Open to the public
  • 6pm - 7pm = Artist breakdown in the gardens at sunset 
  • 6pm - 7pm = The gallery will remain open 
  • 8pm = LeMoyne fully closes for the night
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • We are looking for self-sufficient artisans/ artists that can create a pleasant shopping experience for our attendees. Applicants should be able to fill a visually pleasing 10x10 booth with giftable, artistic items for sale. Our guests are looking for those early holiday gifts and unique items they can't find anywhere else!  
  • While most folks will be looking to buy multiple affordable gifts for the holiday season in the $5-100 range, some will be shopping for themselves! We welcome fine artists with higher price points to showcase their work. 
  • Best-selling item examples: Ornaments, 2-D wall art, prints, notecards, wearable gifts (jewelry/ scarves/ hats), pet-friendly items, gifts for men, gifts for children, hostess and wine-themed items, coffee mugs, candles, packaged snacks/ candy, soap/ jam, serving plates, eyeglass cases, garden items, coasters, throw pillows, gift sets, home goods, etc.
  • Popular themes: Beach & Ocean, Florida, Tallahassee/ Local Landmarks, Winter Wonderland, Classic Holiday, Furry Friends (especially dogs and cats), Recycled & Revamped, Glitz & Glamour, Natura, Flora & Fauna, Birds, Garden Decor, One-of-a-kind pieces. Multi-cultural holiday items are strongly encouraged! 
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Applicants can submit up to 10 images. These images will be reviewed by the jury for consideration. Make sure your images are high-resolution and clearly represent the quality of your work. Avoid busy backgrounds and inaccurate lighting. 
  • 1 of the images needs to be a photo example or sketch of your booth/ table display.
  • If you are splitting the booth with an artist, please include their images as well. 
  • Please note in the image description which image you would like us to use for our marketing campaign to represent your work. If you need help finding a professional to photograph your work, please email powell@lemoyne.org for recommendations. 
  • Images must include a Brief Description & Catagory (Medium). To add this information click "+Add info" button under the image. You will not be able to complete your application without this information.
  • Artists who set up a booth or display items that do not reflect the type of work and/or quality of their digital application will be reviewed carefully by the LeMoyne Arts staff and may be asked to adjust their setup or remove work if in violation of our Terms & Conditions.  
  • We understand you will likely be working on your inventory until the last minute and might strike on an exciting idea that is slightly different from the items in your application. That's OK! We just need to see a realistic representation of your style and the types of items you will have in your booth. This will help us ensure consistency, quality, and balance the mediums offered to the visitors.
