ASSUMPTION OF RISK Participant acknowledges that attending or participating in a live public event includes inherent and unforeseeable risks, including but not limited to: Slip and fall incidents Crowd-related injuries Equipment malfunction Vendor product-related incidents Theft or property damage Food-related illness Weather-related conditions Communicable illness exposure Negligent acts of other participants Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, known and unknown. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, AND DISCHARGES THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPANT’S ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, INCLUDING ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW. This release applies to claims for: Personal injury Bodily injury Death Property damage Economic loss Whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. VENDOR-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS (If Applicable) Vendors and exhibitors further agree: They are solely responsible for their property, inventory, displays, equipment, and personnel. They maintain appropriate general liability insurance. They will provide a Certificate of Insurance naming [Your LLC Name] and the venue as Additional Insureds upon request. The Event Host is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vendor property. 5. MEDICAL CONSENT Participant authorizes emergency medical treatment if necessary and assumes responsibility for related costs. 6. MEDIA RELEASE Participant grants permission to the Event Host to photograph, film, or record Participant during the event and use such media for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation. 7. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the county in which the event is held. 8. SEVERABILITY If any provision is found unenforceable under Texas law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By purchasing a ticket, registering, signing below, or entering the event premises, Participant acknowledges: They have read this Agreement. They understand its terms.
