This application is to register your vehicle as a trunk in the trunk or treat zone. THIS IS NOT AN APPLICATION TO HAVE AN INFORMATIONAL OR MERCHANDISE BOOTH (please complete a vendor application if you would like to have a vendor booth).
Each vehicle must be decorated in some way, though the decorations do not need to be Halloween themed. Vehicle decorations must be socially acceptable and appropriate for children younger than age 5. All trunk participants must supply their own candy or treats for up to 750 children. We highly suggest staying away from candy/treats with nuts.
Last entry to the trunk or treat will be 7:00pm with the event ending at 7:30pm. All vehicles must stay put for the duration of the event time for safety purposes and will not be allowed to leave early.
More information regarding setup and details will be sent closer to the event date.
Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the event as a non-profit must provide evidence of their non-profit status. Non-profit is defined as one of the following:• A corporation incorporated pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law that is exempt from taxation and can show proof with a 501(c)3 form from the Internal Revenue Service.• An organization that was organized and is in operation for charitable purposes and meets the requirements of Section 214 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
