About this event
Heritage Days is held the third weekend in August going back to 1984. It's a community celebration by the people, for the people.
Who We Are and How This is Possible
The organizing committee is made up of local volunteers and made possible only
with the continued generous support of our partners, Basic Needs of South
Washington County and the St. Paul Park-Newport Lions Club. It is funded
entirely from sponsorships, fundraising, and donations.
Mission Statement
St. Paul Park's Heritage Days festival, organized entirely by dedicated
volunteers and supported through generous donations, aims to celebrate the
spirit of community, foster local talent, and create lasting memories for all
attendees. We strive to provide a joyful and inclusive experience that brings
together neighbors, friends, and families, while showcasing the unique charm
and culture of our town. Through our collective efforts, we hope to inspire a
sense of pride and unity, and to ensure the continued success and growth of
our beloved festival for years to come.
What is New
Our 2026 theme, "Growing Together," reflects both our community spirit and our
plans to continue enhancing the festival experience. This year, we are working
to add more unique parade acts, a petting zoo, a magic show, and a Saturday
night drone show-an exciting, neighborhood friendly alternative to fireworks.
