Refund protection with evProtect
Offer your attendees peace of mind with refund protection for tickets, covering everything from medical emergencies to weather issues, cancellations, and more. We’ve partnered with Protect Group to bring you evProtect, which can be added during checkout.

Brand-new event dashboard
Gain deeper insights into your event’s success! Explore the brand-new event dashboard for a high-level overview of key event stats, including revenue, ticket sales, application statuses, product sales, and more.
Resend ticket confirmation emails after bulk ticket upload
Uploading lots of tickets at once? Easily resend ticket confirmations to attendees after bulk ticket uploads with this feature update.
And a couple of extras!
- The ticket analytics page summary has been overhauled, featuring a brand-new design with more comprehensive data.
- Seats selected by attendees are now viewable from the Ticket list view.
