About the event
The Trinity Falls Trail Day 5K is a family friendly community event! The 5k will take place at the beautiful Trinity Falls community on Saturday, June 3rd from 8:00am-11:00am. The 5k will kick off at 8am and family fun festivities will follow! 100% of the proceeds will benefit our nonprofit partners: Hugs Café, Shiloh Place, Lifepath Systems, The Warriors Keep and Community Garden Kitchen. We need volunteers to help make the event possible! We hope you will join us for this fun community event!

PLEASE READ THE APPLICATION IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO FILLING IT OUT. This application includes vendors in categories such as gyms, recreation, fitness, etc. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or wineries. We are expecting 300+ in attendance- you do not want to miss this event!  
 
 NOTE:  SBG Hospitality will not provide water or electricity.
 
Please fill out the vendor application and wait for the approval. Upon receiving approval on your application, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event by logging back into your Eventeny account.
 
Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event. NOTE: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been selected.
 
This is an electronic agreement and by paying the fee and submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
