About the event
Holiday in the Plaza, the lakeside marketplace and event, returns to Las Colinas on December 3rd from 10:00 am- 4:00 pm and December 4th from 11:00 am- 4:00 pm. Decked out in enough merriment it could rival a Hallmark movie, Holiday in the Plaza features shopping with vendors, a Ferris wheel, an ice skating rink, photos with Santa and so much more! Expected attendance is 8,000+ and vendors will be provided with: a 10' x 10' tent, 1 table, 2 chairs, and signage. All vendors must participate on both Saturday and Sunday. (Your vendor fee is for Saturday and Sunday is a bonus day.) Don’t miss your opportunity to be a vendor at this fabulous holiday shopping event organized by Las Colinas Association! Note: if you would like to reserve 2 spaces to take advantage of a 10x20 space please message us so we can send you an invoice separately if you are approved.

PLEASE READ THE APPLICATION IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO FILLING IT OUT. This application includes vendors in categories such as clothing, jewelry, art,  bakeries (non-temperature controlled), home décor, furniture, children's toys, and other consumer goods that do not include the sale of open food/beverages. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or wineries. We are expecting 8,000+ in attendance- you do not want to miss this event! Prior to applying, please note that this is not a sampling event, no food samples will be allowed. Please fill out the vendor application and wait for approval. Upon receiving approval on your application, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event by logging back into your Eventeny account- prices will vary. Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event. NOTE: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been both selected AND paid for in full.
