PLEASE SIGN UP EACH RUNNER SEPARATELY. 3 races in 1 - a 2K, 5K and 10K fun run for both adults and juniors (17 years and younger). Everyone checks in at the Waimea Plantation Cottages between 5:30 and 6:30 am. Runners will be shuttled to their appropriate starting lines depending on the race they are running. Proceeds benefit The Makana Training Center (Hiikua). Late Registration ($40 for adults and juniors) is available at Waimea Town Celebration's Ho'olaule'a on Friday (2/24/23) between 4:30 & 10 pm near the Festival T-shirt Booth. Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Food Vendor Application Form – $1,400 Booth Fee and Application must be completely filled out and submitted, a completed Application For Temporary Food Establishment Permit and a 50% deposit by Friday, January 13, 2023 to hold your reservation. Check should be made out to “HWT&CAC” with WTC 2023 noted in the comments section. Full payment is required by Friday, January 27, 2023. All booth fees received become non-refundable on January 13, 2023. The primary purpose of Waimea Town Celebration is to give non-profit organizations a means to raise funds for their activities in our community and therefore food vendors are reserved exclusively for non-profit entities.
