This much anticipated Alpharetta Fall activity includes life-size scarecrows designed and installed by Alpharetta schools, day cares, learning centers, non-profits, families and neighborhoods. City staff pre-assign the outdoor locations in parks and downtown Alpharetta for scarecrows to be displayed 9/29-11/1.
