Check should be made out to “HWT&CAC” with WTC 2020 noted in the comments section. Full payment is required by Friday, January 31, 2020. All booth fees received become non-refundable on January 24, 2020. The primary purpose of Waimea Town Celebration is to give non-profit organizations a means to raise funds for their activities in our community and therefore food vendors are reserved exclusively for non-profit entities.
