CANCELATION POLICY Cancelations are allowed on the following schedule, regardless of reason: -Cancelation on or before April 15, 2020 – 100% refund of any and all paid entry fees. -Cancelation from April 16 to May 1, 2020 – 50% refund of any and all paid entry fees. -Cancelation from May 2 to May 15, 2020 – 25% refund of any and all paid entry fees. -Cancelation on or after May 16, 2020 – No refund of fees. If I am selected to be a competitor for the 2020 LaFayette HoneyBee Festival BBQ Competition, in consideration of my selection, I release and hold harmless and indemnify the City of LaFayette, its officers, elected officials, employees, agents, servants, and volunteers, from any and all liability, loss, or damage including, but not limited to, personal injury and property damage in connection with the festival, which is caused by me and my agents, servants, and employees.
