About the application

Ravenwood Foundation presents ~ Ravenwood Faire ~     Ravenwood Faire will be held at Frederick County Fairgrounds, located at 250 Fairground Road, Clear Brook, VA 22624.   Ravenwood Faire is a themed venue aiming to provide the community a family friendly experience, consistent with our mission, reflective of the life and times of civilization around the world in the late medieval and high renaissance period of history.  This event is open to the public with paid admission.   Products sold to Ravenwood Faire patrons must be handcrafted of natural materials and fit the medieval and renaissance theme (approximately 700 A.D. through 1700 A.D.).  We discourage imported or mass-produced items. 75% of offered items should be handcrafted.

The Baron and Baroness of Ravenwood invite everyone to celebrate the harvest bounties. Artisans and craftsman have brought their finest wares for your consideration. Only the finest food and drink for this festival of abundance and prosperity and the meads and ales have been made ready. Join Baron Robert and Baroness Adela at the Ravenwood Faire! ~Be serenaded by the known world's finest musicians! ~Relax with a drink and a delicacy from one of our many talented cooks and brewers! ~Be astounded by the prowess of the barony's own Ravenwood Riders! ~Watch the king's knights fight for the entertainment of the populace and to catch the king's eye! ~Take the Kings Grail Quest or return to complete a new challenge! ~And new this year, the Royal Feast! A chance to sit, feast, drink, and party like a monarch while supporting the Ravenwood Foundation! (*Tickets available separately*) Let the festivities begin! Huzzah!

Please be aware that upon registration you are agreeing to the "vendor fee" of 10% of gross sales paid to Ravenwood at the end of each faire day. Please see our website and additional documents attached for further information of terms and conditions. The venue success is dependent upon quality vendors and skilled artists.  These terms and conditions, requirements and expectations have been designed to provide the best attendee experience.
