About the event

Come enjoy a night filled with poetry, music and some friendly competition. This night is filled with amazing talent from all throughout Long Island and New York. Poets and Musicians compete in their respective categories by performing a few pieces to the crowd. All hosted at Lithology Brewing Co. to create an intimate setting for you to enjoy these performances up close and meet the people performing.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SUBMISSION FORM TO BE CONSIDERED AS A FEATURED POET OR MUSICIAN FOR OUR UPCOMING "POETS MEETS MUSICIANS" EVENT

LOCATION: LITHOLOGY BREWING CO. (211A MAIN ST, FARMINGDALE NY)
EVENT TIME: 7-10PM
 
As we try to improve this event we have implemented new aspects: 

  • All performers will receive a time slot to perform 2 songs or 2 poems.
  • Performers will receive a personalized flyer to promote the event
  • Promo codes will be given to each performer to receive a kickback for each ticket sold under their name as an initiative to not only promote artistry but to put money in artists pockets. 
  • Professional photos will be shared with artists post event.

  • Please enter a website, link or profile where we can see your work.
  • Please upload a minimum of 1 photo for us to create your personalized flyer. 
 
 
The event is supported by artists for artists. We require full cooperation to make this event successful.

Please be mindful when submitting to the event. If you can not attend the date please do not submit to the event. If we receive submissions and you give us a short notice to cancel without specific reasons future submissions will be automatically rejected. 
 
This event has a goal to promote local poetry and music and we want to give equal opportunities to all. 
 
Submitting to this event does not guarantee an approved submission as we have to filter through all submissions.
