About the application

Interested in bringing your delicious eats to The Night Market? Just fill out the following application!
 
Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks of receipt. You will be notified of your acceptance and the card on file with be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED should you be accepted so please only apply to events you are prepared to pay for and attend as we do not allow cancellations/refunds (see our policy below). Please note the final closing date for each event and apply to each event on a payment + notification schedule that works best for you. 
 
The FINAL date to apply to events is 16 days prior to the event date. Applications may be closed earlier if full.
 
ALL FOOD TRUCKS MUST APPLY WITH A NEW APPLICATION FOR 2023.

Terms & Conditions

*Please note the following information about becoming a vendor at The Night Market Co:

  • If you are a food vendor and would like to participate, you must sell your food prepackaged from your permitted facility. Food trucks can apply for all venues unless otherwise stated using the Food Truck Application. 
  • If you plan on cooking on-site then an additional TFE permit is required and you must get approval from Raleigh Night Market staff.
  • If you are a local or corporate business that would like to participate please email raleighnightmarket@gmail.com to inquire about our sponsorship opportunities.
  • A $15 application fee is required with your application and is non-refundable. Booth fees are $100 unless otherwise stated.
  • The Night Market Vendor must be in attendance of the entire market, he/she cannot break down early or arrive late. 
  • The vendor must be in security of his/her booth, and cannot hold Night Market Staff or the venue responsible for theft or damage.
  • Food vendors/ consumable goods must be approved by health inspection laws in order to sell their goods at the market. 
  • Vendor booth fee is non-refundable for vendors participating in the market.

PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: 
 
  • Markets are rain or shine and are nonrefundable. 
  • If The Night Market Cancels an event for any reason you will receive a make-up credit for the missed event. 
  • If you cannot attend a market for any reason you must notify The Night Market, through your Eventeny portal, or you will be considered a No Show and will not be allowed to participate in events with us for 3 months. 
  • If you cannot attend an event and know more than one month prior, please request a cancellation in Eventeny by messaging us for a 50% refund.
  • If you cannot attend an event within one month of the event, please request a cancellation in Eventeny by messaging us for a 10% refund.

Application fees $10 Non-refundable There is a $10 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
March 24th, 2024 Spring Eggstravaganza Food Truck 1p-5p $150 Non-refundable Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks of receipt. You will be notified of your acceptance and the card on file with be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED should you be accepted so please only apply to events you are prepared to pay for and attend as we do not allow cancellations/refunds. Please note the final closing date for each event and apply to each event on a payment + notification schedule that works best for you.  Please have your own generator and a fire extinguisher. This is a discounted rate as trailers and trucks take up multiple booth spaces. You must stay on site for the duration of the market or you will forfeit your fee and will not be welcomed back. So DO NOT ASK to leave early.
May 1, 2024 Food Truck 5p-9p $135 Non-refundable Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks of receipt. You will be notified of your acceptance and the card on file with be AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED should you be accepted so please only apply to events you are prepared to pay for and attend as we do not allow cancellations/refunds. Please note the final closing date for each event and apply to each event on a payment + notification schedule that works best for you.  Please have your own generator and a fire extinguisher. This is a discounted rate as trailers and trucks take up multiple booth spaces. You must stay on site for the duration of the market or you will forfeit your fee and will not be welcomed back. June 23, 2024 Summer Shindig Food Truck 1p-5p $150 Non-refundable Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks of receipt.
