Frankfort Fall Festival is a nationally recognized Arts & Crafts Fair produced by the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce. In 2022, Frankfort Fall Festival was ranked number 20 in the Sunshine Artist Magazine's Top 100 Best Classic & Contemporary Craft Shows!

About the registration

The Frankfort Fall Festival is one of the largest all volunteer run Arts and Crafts Fairs in the country. In addition to the juried Artisans, we have an area dedicated to Gourmet Food Vendors with a limited number of booths available. Gourmet Food Vendors can only sell pre-packaged prepared foods that is made by the applicant. No reselling of purchased items is allowed. All food items displayed in the booth must be for sale.
 
This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement and attached documents electronically.

Terms & Conditions

THE GOURMET FOOD VENDOR WHO MAKES THE FOOD MUST BE PRESENT DURING EXHIBITING HOURS OF THE FESTIVAL TO SHOW THEIR WORK. NO DEALERS OR SALES REPRESENTATIVEARE ALLOWED. GOURMET FOOD VENDORS MAY NOT SUBLET OR APPORTION THEIR SPACE TO ANYONE ELSE.
 
Gourmet Food Vendor's may only show work typified by photos submitted.  All applications shall be reviewed, juried and screened prior to acceptance.
 
A Certificate of Insurance which provides proof of general business liability insurance in the minimal amount of $1,000,00 is required by all gourmet food vendors accepted in the show.

Prices

10x10 Booth $550 Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
Certificate of Insurance $100 A Certificate of Insurance which provides proof of general business liability insurance in the minimal amount of $1,000,000 is required by all Gourmet Food Vendors accepted in the show. Your name of company name from your application must be on this certificate and the dates of the 2022 Festival must be covered. You MUST list the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Frankfort as additional insureds.

  • Minimum pictures required: 4
  • Each application must include at least 4 color photos. Photos required to be submitted are; 2 photos of your product, 1 photo of your product packaging and 1 photo of your booth set-up
