Artist Vendor Application

**Due to COVID-19 Sugar Rush has been moved to an online platform. We will be waiving the application fee for Sugar Rush and will be charging 5% commission fee for items sold during the virtual market-place.**

• Neither Sugar Hill Sugar Rush, the City of Sugar Hill, nor its agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the exhibitor(s), the exhibitor’s property, from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury they may require. • You will receive notification of your entry status no later than September 24, 2020. • ALL WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL AND MADE BY THE APPLICANT. T-shirts, commercial clothing, manufactured toys, and items made from commercially available molds, jewelry made from prefabricated materials, and other commercial items will not be permitted. Small production items made by the applicant are allowed. Any work that is misrepresented will not be allowed to exhibit during the festival. Exhibition officials have the authority to reject or disqualify any work.
