About the event

Join us June 23-24, 2023, as Summer on Broadway, a premier summer festival with a hometown atmosphere full of outdoor events and local vendors takes place in beautiful downtown Maryville, Tennessee! The Festival will begin on Friday from 5:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. and Saturday from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., we ask that you plan to set-up on Friday, June 23 between 12noon – 4:00p.m.

About the registration

Thank you for your interest in Summer On Broadway.  This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
You must collect and report Tennessee sales tax and pay the health inspection fee. The County Health Inspector will require all food vendors to have a valid health permit & abide by current health codes for preparing and serving food.  Vendors are required to have a minimum $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars) general liability policy and name the Blount Partnership as Additional Insured on the policy. Non-profits must provide a sales tax-exempt form.
 
GENERATORS are permitted if they are QUIET. IF you bring a generator that is a noise hazard you may be asked to leave without a refund. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR GENERATOR IS QUIET! You are responsible for your electrical needs. Bring your own extension cords, water hoses, etc.

Terms & Conditions

Hold Harmless Agreement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blount Partnership, its employees, agents and assigns, the Summer on Broadway Festival Committee, and the volunteers for the same regarding any and all liability for damages or injuries to persons or property which the undersigned, his or her agents or employees may sustain while participating in the Summer on Broadway Festival except where such damages or injuries result from the gross negligence of the Blount Partnership. Such indemnification shall include reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
