About the application

We are so honored that you're considering becoming a vendor at our inaugural Holly Jolly Block Party - Holiday Market. Supporting small businesses like YOU is our passion. Nothing is more important than our vendors. This holiday event will consist of 12 vendors, food trucks, music, Santa and more! 
This event is a juried event. This means that not everyone who applies will be accepted as we only have 12+ spaces. We will carefully consider each vendor based on the quality of their merchandise and the mix of their products. So please make sure to fill all questions out to the best of your ability. ONCE ACCEPTED YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED.
Accepted vendors will be notified via an email from Eventeny, so please make sure to place the best email to contact you and DOUBLE CHECK spelling. All vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS this includes canceled events due to bad weather!

Retail vendors will be required to have a certificate of insurance for this event.  
You must have their insurance agent mail or email us a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing current liability insurance coverage before space can be confirmed. The City of Johns Creek must listed as an additional insured. 
The City’s minimum insurance requirements are as follows:
  • $1,000,000.00 Per Occurrence
  • $3,000,000.00 Aggregate
  • $100,000.00 Damage to Rented Premises

A minimum of $100,000 General Liability coverage is sufficient for smaller retail vendors, i.e., art, clothing, jewelry, “trinkets”, etc.  A small business can be defined as one that has annual sales volume of $10,000 or less. 
-Participants (sponsors or vendors) not selling a product or service, i.e., election candidates, are not required to provide proof of insurance.

About the event

The first ever Holly Jolly Block Party is a celebration for the whole family and marks the start of the North Fulton holiday season. Join us for an evening of fun and festivities!
