Terms & Conditions

Set up: Arrive one hour before event to set up your table and area.
Please arrive at 9am to begin your set up.
 
Bring your own Table & Chair
 
Break down: No early break downs! Looks bad if customers are still there.
 
At the end of the event, you are responsible to clean your area and leave it it clean. Carry in and carry out policy.
 
All fees must be paid the week of your acceptance.
 
Cancellations: No refund if you cancel the week of event
 
All vendors should have insurance if event is outside. Inside not needed.
 
Parking: Park to unload near entrance 
once set up, please park on other side of parking lot area (leave space outside of venue for customers to park) Plenty of parking all over marina! 
 
I will advertise on all Social media with paid ads: Rochester Area, Buffalo & Syracuse. We appreciate if  vendors help in advertising. Vendors must advertise on their social medias the event as well :) Let's make this a success together! :)
 
Highly recommend that your business follows all state tax regulations.

Crafter or Artist 6 Ft Table Space (3rd level) $65 Non-refundable 6 Ft Table Space only. Bring your table & Chair $65 is on the 3rd level in Greenhouse (large space)
Space (1 & 2 level) $45 Non-refundable Space 6ft table space. $45 is on the first level when you first walk in or 2nd floor
Vintage Seller Space $65 Non-refundable Bring your own table, chair and clothing racks $65 is on the 3rd level in Greenhouse (large space)
Baker: Space SOLD OUT Non-refundable Cupcakes, Cookies or Dog Treats 6ft Table Space Bring your own table and chair $65 is on the 3rd level in Greenhouse (large space)
