DOWNTOWN BUSINESS PARTICIPATION:
The Delray Beach Concours (DBC) is inviting all businesses within Downtown Delray Beach & Pineapple Grove and the surrounding area to participate.
We encourage all businesses to ACTIVATE your business location when Delray Concours is in your neighborhood Saturday June 17, 2023 OR sign up to pop-up if your business is located outside of the event footprint.
If you are a business located outside of the Downtown District - there will be an application process to be accepted as a vendor, more details sent when you fill out this form. *The DBC reserves the right to refuse any vendor. Classic car & lifestyle related businesses or themes recommended.

MERCHANT, ARTIST, BUSINESS PARTICIPATION APPLICATION:
The following application and contract consist of (1) the rules and regulations before, during and after the Event, (2) the application process and fees, (3) facts and information about the event and (4) the event checklist and Indemnification Hold Harmless Agreement. The contract must be filled out completely. By signing this contract, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the information provided and requirements for vendor participation and agree to the terms herein provided.
The vendor shall provide a certificate of general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage naming the DBC (Delray Concours Foundation) and the City of Delray Beach, as an additional insured and providing for 30 days’ notice of cancelation. We will not be chasing vendors for required by City COIs. Vendors will not approved until required documents & COIs are submitted. Fee refunds will not be given if vendor canceled within 30 days of June 17, 2023. If there are any questions regarding this requirement, please email DelrayConcours@gmail.com. The DBC has the right to refuse vendors.
LIABILITY INSURANCE: Artist/Vendor must provide a certificate of general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage. Certificate of Insurance must name the following as additionally insured:
Delray Concours Foundation, 1705 NW 4th Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444
AND
City of Delray Beach, 100 NW 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444
GENERAL RULES and REGULATIONS:
NO CBD Products / Delta 8 Products of any kind permitted at Downtown. Delray events. No consumption or sale of alcohol permitted.
Artists/Exhibitors must provide staffing, TABLECLOTHS, SIGNAGE, PRODUCTS and DISPLAYS, TENT, TABLE, CHAIRS.
Exhibitors are responsible for the collection, payment, and reporting of their own sales tax.
You, your staff and area must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion. Exhibits and displays must be contained within booth space. Conduct and displays must be appropriate.
Someone from your staff must manage the booth before, during and through breakdown.
Exhibitor booth must be set up and ready by 8 am before event begins at 9 am sharp.Exhibitors will receive a site map with designated booth location and load in directions one week prior to event.
SECURITY: DBC employs event supervision; however, Artists/Vendors are responsible for all valuables and items in your booth. DBC is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
NO SHOW POLICY: Artists who have not notified event via email (DelrayConcours@gmail.com) by 7:00 am 2 days prior of event (June 15, 2023) will be considered a NO SHOW. Assigned space and booth fee will be forfeited subject to DBC review.

The Delray Beach Concours (DBC) Committee holds all rights to review and either accept or deny a vendor's application for one of the allocated Exhibitor spots. Application submittal does not guarantee event registration. Exhibitor fee is required as a deposit at time of application and will be refunded in the event the DBC Committee does not approve your application. Space is limited.
Maximum tent size: 10x10'
Provide DBC with DBC and City COIs by April 28, 2023
VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Health Department inspection & approval: Your information will be sent to the health department by the Delray Concours team.
2. Fire Department inspection & approval: Your information will be sent to the Delray Beach Fire Department by the Delray Concours team.
3. You, your staff, and your area must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion. Exhibits and displays must be contained within booth space. Conduct and displays must be appropriate.
4. Someone from your staff should be managing the booth before and during the event up until breakdown of the event.
5. Vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of their own sales tax.
6. The event staff will not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind that occurs at your booth.
7. You must provide a copy of your liability insurance certificate with the Delray Concours Foundation listed as an additional insured and e-mail it to: DelrayConcours@gmail.com
8. THE DBC HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE VENDORS.
Vendor Checklist: (You will receive a site map with your designated location and load in directions one week prior to the event. Each vendor is expected to be loaded in and staged an hour before event opens to the public at 9 AM. Please secure any volunteers or staff that will help facilitate load in. Hand carts, dollies, and boxes are recommended)
