The City of Lawrenceville is excited to bring back Harvest Fest at the Lawrenceville Lawn. Harvest Fest will bring together incredible live entertainment, fun, and games for kids, artists, and much more! About the registration

Harvest Festival is growing and adding a Farmers Market to its second year! The City of Lawrenceville is seeking individuals and companies that grow or produce farm products to participate in our Farmer's Market at this year's event. 
 
Harvest Festival is an event that features live music and entertainment throughout the day, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event. 
 
If you would like to be considered as one of our vendors for this event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators.
 
ALL APPLICANTS WHO WISH TO SELL THE FOLLOWING MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE CORRESPONDING CERTIFICATIONS:
  • PRODUCE advertised as Certified USDA Organic or Certified Naturally Grown
  • EGGS (requires Egg Candler Certificate)
  • DAIRY PRODUCTS (requires Dairy Manufacturer’s License)
  • MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD (require Mobile Vehicle License)
  • MEATS AND POULTRY (require documentation of processing in USDA inspected facility

ALL APPLICANTS WHO WISH TO SELL BAKED GOODS, PACKAGED AND PREPARED FOODS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: 
  • Identify all license(s), certifications and other documentation that are CURRENT and are to be considered when evaluating your application. MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION.
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance showing coverage for the Harvest Festival Farmers’ Market: Required for prepared foods that are considered potentially hazardous and require time and temperature control.
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or similar food safety program): Required for prepared foods that are considered potentially hazardous and require time and temperature control. Recommended for vendors who prepare and handle other foods. Website: www.servsafe.com
  • Sample label: Required for processed/packaged foods, including the common name of the food; name, address and phone number of person who made the item; and list of ingredients using the common name of each ingredient. Vendors selling ready-to-eat foods that are not packaged must have a printed ingredient list at their booth so customers will be aware of potential allergens.
  • Documentation showing use of a licensed co-packer, if applicable. When a co-packer is used, the recipes used MUST be the vendor’s.
  • Better Process Control School: Required for low acid and acidified foods such as pickles, pickled vegetables, salsa, etc. prepared by the vendor.

Terms & Conditions

 Vendor Criteria: - Vendors must adhere to City Event Safety Guidelines, https://www.downtownlawrencevillega.com/health-and-safety/
 
Vendors must provide all necessary equipment for booth space (10x10 tent, table, chairs, etc.) 
 
We will have an exclusive alcohol vendor on site. All other vendors are not permitted to sell alcohol.
 
Vendors must select the proper vendor fee for their specific space needs. If you have selected the wrong vendor fee your fee will be updated for the correct size before approval. 
 
Vendors looking to use power must select to pay the Electricity Fee before submitting their application. Only vendors who request and pay for electricity will be considered for it. However, power is not guaranteed for any of our events and if you are approved without access to electricity we will not process that part of your payment. 
 
The City of Lawrenceville's events are always packed full of fun and sometimes noisy activities. This means that at any event you may be in an area that is crowded, loud, and exposed to the environment. Vendors must be prepared to endure any and all circumstances during an event, as we will not have the ability to adjust your placement during the event. 
 
Vendor placement is decided by the Event Coordinators before the event. Vendors may not receive their placement until the day of the event but should receive a general event map to give you an idea of what to expect upon arrival.
 
The City of Lawrenceville approves vendors on a First-Come First Serve Basis.
