Terms & Conditions

Set up: Arrive one hour before event to set up your table and area.
Please arrive at 8:30-9am to begin your set up.
 
Bring your table & Chair
 
Break down: No early break downs! At the end of the event, you are responsible to clean your area and leave it it clean. Carry in and carry out policy.
 
All fees must be paid the week of your acceptance.
 
Cancellations: no refunds the week of event. 
 
All vendors should have insurance if event is outside. Inside not needed.
 
Plenty of Parking
 
I will advertise on all Social media (Facebook and Instagram) with paid Ads. Reaching: Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse Area and flyers in the city.
We appreciate if vendors help in advertising. Vendors must advertise on their social medias the event :) Let's make this a success together! :
 
Highly recommend that your business follows all state tax regulations.
