Chattanooga, here we come! Robin Roberts Promotions is excited to bring the Chattanooga Seafood Bash on the River to Tennessee on April 28 - 30, 2023. Join us at Coolidge Park along the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga, a seven-acre park that overlooks the majestic Tennessee River and is home to a restored hand-carved wooden carousel, pavilion, and interactive play fountain. The Park sits in the trendy North Shore district and is adjacent to the Walnut Street Bridge, the world's largest pedestrian bridge that connects the Park to downtown, the Tennessee Aquarium, and Chattanooga Zoo. It is a beautiful location for a seafood, music, and crafts festival. Food vendors from around the Southeast and beyond will join us for this three-day festival, where the many visitors will enjoy fresh seafood dishes of all kinds, as well as other cuisines for the non-seafood lovers. There will be something for everyone. Festival visitors will also be able to listen to nationally and regionally known live music and enjoy juried handmade arts and crafts from artisans throughout the country. Chattanooga is a mecca for those who wish to enjoy a vibrant, urban area that has an endless variety of nearby outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, climbing, fishing, and golf. Chattanooga is the perfect location for a family-friendly show. So visitors of all ages are welcomed to come out and join us!

So lets start!
 
When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card   will be necessary when you apply but will be charged when you are accepted. Some categories will fill more quickly than others. Corner booths are limited and will be determined at time of acceptance. Acceptable categories are basketry candles, clay, digital, fiber, folk art, glass, jewelry, leather, living plants, metal, mixed media, paintings, photography, soaps-lotions-balms and wood. Culinary artists who are accepted will be required to submit a copy of their Department of Agriculture license for their state. All work must be hand made by the showing artist. No wholesale or buy-sell is allowed. All applications will be subject to a five-person jury approval. You will be notified of acceptance within 24 hrs. All Application Fees are nonrefundable. Payment is due when accepted. All booth spaces are approximately 10' deep x 15' wide.  Booth fees are $300 for a regular space and $375 for a corner location. Corner booths are limited to first come first serve.
 
Participation in the online marketplace is included with your application but optional for you to use.  Additional fees will be charged for online sales during the event equal to approximately 13% of the total transaction.
 
All vendors including food vendors will be required to submit photos with the application. Photos will be used for promotional purposes for the festival.  Everyone must furnish your own tent (WHITE TENTS ONLY), tables, chairs, display and set-up materials.  If you are going to expand past your selected booth size, please move up to the next booth space.

When you apply to a show if you are not Accepted into the show your money will be returned immediately. 

Terms & Conditions

Each artist or food vendor is required to complete an application and pay the application fee. 
 
Each artist provides their own white, 10x10 tent.  All tents must be weighted with at least 40 lbs. on each tent leg.  Artists should be prepared for inclement weather.  The use of pop-up tents is discouraged due to instability during wind and rain.
 
You must stay within the boundaries of the size space that you purchased.  If you need more space, purchase a larger size.
 
If you need electricity, the service must be purchased, The Electric Fee is for one plug whether it is 110 or 220.  If you need more than one plug, you need to purchase another.
 
Our turnaround time on application review and jurying is within twenty four hours. Be expected to pay your fee upon acceptance.
