About the application

Sign up to become an official Event Sponsor of the 2nd Annual 321: TACOS & TREATS THROWDOWN with Non-profit The Children's Hunger Project!  Find the different Sponsorship Packages below, under "Related Files". This All-Day (Noon-10pm), Family-Friendly Event will feature a "Taco & Dessert Themed" Food Festival/Competition, a Large Vendor Marketplace with Sponsors, Artists, Crafters, Small Businesses etc., a Concert featuring several bands, Alcohol/Non-Alcoholic Beverages, a Game Area, and More!
 
Your business will benefit from the marketing exposure to hundreds of thousands of people leading up to the Event, as well as in-person, day-of exposure to the 5,000-10,000+ people in attendance.

Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsors will be given access to the Venue no less than 24 hours before the Event Start Time to set up their station and to prepare anything else necessary to vend at the Event. Sponsor agrees to arrive no later than 3 hours before the Event to set up. *Time to be dictated by the Fire Inspector at a later date. Typically all Sponsors/Vendors must be fully set up by 9:30am.

2. Once station is set up, Sponsors must remove their vehicles from the Event space, no later than 10:00am

3. Host will secure lighting for the Marketplace area.  Sponsors are responsible for providing their own lighting within their station, if desired.

4. Sponsors are responsible for providing their complete setup, including Tent, Tables, Signage, Power, Tent Stakes and/or Weights. 

5. Sponsors are not be permitted to sell nor provide any beverages to Attendees unless agreed in writing by the Host prior to the Event.

6. This Venue does not provide power to the Marketplace area; therefore, each Sponsor will be required to bring their own power source (if needed) for their equipment.

7. At least 30 days prior to the date of the Event, Sponsors must disclose to the Host if they are bringing a generator. *This is to ensure you are placed on the Site Map in accordance with the Fire Code Requirements.

8. Sponsor’s staff will be properly dressed and shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion.

9. Sponsors are required to stop sales and start taking down their station at 10:00pm. Sponsors may stop vending at any time, however, vehicles are not be permitted into the Event space or the Marketplace area until after the Event ends at 10:00pm.

10. Sponsor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in this Event.

11. This is a “Rain or Shine” event; refunds will not be issued if the Sponsor decides they are not going to attend due to weather.

12. If the event is canceled due to an Act of God (Hurricane, Tropical Storm, Pandemic, etc.) the Host will secure a rescheduled date/venue no sooner than 1 month from the original date of the Event and your Sponsorship will be transferred.

13. At the end of the Event, Sponsors agree to clean up their station, leaving their space the way they found it upon setting up.

MILD SPONSORSHIP TIER $500 - Company Logo linked to Company Website on the official 321: Tacos & Treats Throwdown website. - Company Name included on official 321: Tacos & Treats Throwdown FB Event Page. - Logo included on any Sponsor recognition posts on all social media platforms. - 10'X10' Booth Space within the Event Marketplace. *(Sponsor is responsible for booth setup, tent, tables etc.)(3 event vendor passes included) - 4 Complimentary Event Admission Tickets
MEDIUM SPONSOR TIER $750 (ALL OF THE ABOVE +) - Social Media Spotlights - Exclusive posts about your business on all social media platforms *Content must be provided by the Sponsor to Battle Bros - Social Media Promotional Posts - Exclusive posts offering your company's special promos, discount codes, giveaways etc. *Content must be provided by the Sponsor to Battle Bros - Logo on Event-Day Banners - Logo on Stage Banners - Company Name/Logo on all Print Marketing - Fliers, Ads etc. - 10'X10' Booth Space within the Event Marketplace *Sponsor is responsible for booth setup (tables, tent, signage etc.) - 3 event vendor passes included - 6 Complimentary Event Admission Tickets
HOT SPONSORSHIP TIER $1,000 (ALL OF THE ABOVE +) - Exclusive opportunity to choose your vendor booth space within the Marketplace. *Based on availability at time of Sponsorship Sign Up. - Company Name on Event Shirts. - 2 Complimentary Event Shirts - Special Recognition from the Band/MC on Stage 2 times throughout the Event. - 10'X20' Booth Space within the Event Marketplace. *Sponsor is responsible for booth setup, (tent, tables, signage etc.)(3 event vendor passes included) - 8 Complimentary Event Admission Tickets - 10 Complimentary Drink Vouchers. *Valid only at the official Event Bars.
FIERY SPONSORSHIP TIER $2,000 (ALL OF THE ABOVE +) - Exclusive Sponsorship - Eliminates direct competition from Sponsoring the Event. *FCFS (ensures you are the ONLY sponsor accepted into the event for your specific industry) - Exclusive Stage Time - 2 scheduled times to speak about your company on stage at the event for 2 minutes each time. - Opportunity to be one of the Official Guest Judges for the Food Competition portion of the event. *If applicable at the time of sign up. - Promotional Item of Your Choice to be given to Attendees Upon Entrance or Distributed at the Event Bar. (Included items: Discount Card, Business Card, Flier etc.)(Larger Promotional Items are allowed, but must be provided to Battle Bros by the Sponsor) - 10 Complimentary Event Admission Tickets - 15 Complimentary Drink Vouchers. *Valid only at the Official Event Bars.
NUCLEAR SPONSOR TIER (TITLE SPONSOR) $5,000 (ALL OF THE ABOVE +) - Exclusive Event Title Sponsor - Company name/logo included in the official event logo and used everywhere the event name/logo is used. *1 spot available - Exclusive Stage Time - 2 scheduled times to speak about your company on stage for 5 minutes each time. - Opportunity to be on Stage when Competition Winners are Announced. - 25 Complimentary Event Admission Tickets - 50 Complimentary Drink Vouchers. *Valid only at the official Event Bars.
