We do not allow concession vendors to sell hamburgers, hot dogs, sodas or water. Our school volunteers receive donated items to sell which is 100% profit to our school. No alcoholic beverages allowed.
RULES:
-Items not allowed (or already have a commitment from a church member or school parent): Bounce House, any food or drink sales unless registered as such vendor, no alcoholic beverages.
-You are responsible for cleaning your booth space and leaving the facilities as you found them. Trash cans will be placed throughout the event. Failure to comply will result in not being allowed to return to our activities.
-Event vendors shall conduct themselves at all times in an acceptable manner. If vendor fails to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner, as deemed appropriate by Event Staff or Whistleville Christian Church Leadership, then the vendor will forfeit all monies paid and be removed from the remainder of the event.
-You much first check in at the registration table as early as 8:00 am. You may begin set up after you have checked in. All vehicles must vacate the event area by 9:15. Please unload your vehicle and then relocate it to the parking area to allow other vendors to unload as well.
- You may break down your booth and begin clean up promptly at 4:00. Unless you specifically request prior to the start of the event, you will be expected to remain at our event until we close for the day. If a problem arises, please find a volunteer and let us know. Although we will do everything to make our event as successful as possible for us and our vendors, when vendors start packing up early, it causes other vendors to do the same and also causes the attendees to assume the activities are over. Violators will not be accepted into future events.
-If electricity is needed, you are required to bring your own power cord. If you register for power and do not bring a cord, there is no refund if one is not available.
-Sandbags work best to hold down tents or canopies. You are required to provide your own sandbags and tents or canopies if desired. For a 12x12 space, you will have enough room for a 12x12 canopy or tent.
-The event will be held outdoors in the grass ball field behind the main church building.
-For our one-day event, food vendors are not required to have a Food Permit.
-We do not currently have a rain date scheduled. In the event of a rain out, and we are not able to hold the event until at least 2:00 pm., vendors are eligible for a refund of ½ of their booth fees paid. There are no refunds on power or table rentals. We are unable to issue full refunds as we still have expenses to pay regardless. If a vendor is a no-call, no-show to an active event, you forfeit all monies paid.
