About the application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2022 Dogwood Fall Festival! The Dogwood Fall Festival will take place October 15-16, 2022.
 
This is the application for PRE-PACKAGED FOOD VENDORS. If you are not an PRE-PACKAGED FOOD VENDOR, please return to the event application page to complete the correct vendor application. Failure to complete the correct vendor application may result in an denial. 
 
WHO ARE PRE-PACKAGED FOOD VENDORS?
Pre-packaged food items are prepared and/or packaged prior to event and sold to consumers/festival goers. This category includes seasonings and sauces which are handmade and packaged.
 
FESTIVAL HOURS
Saturday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Sunday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
*Music will continue later into the evening on Saturday. Vendors are welcome to stay open later. 
 
Each 10x10 space is $160. Booth fees will not be charged until after approval into the festival. The same payment type will be used at the time booth fees are charged. Vendor supplies their own tent, table, and chairs. Overnight security WILL be provided.  
 
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 29TH AT 11:59 PM -- APPLICATIONS PAST THIS DATE/TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
 
APPLICATION DECISIONS WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY OCTOBER 1ST.
 
Please note the following information: 
- Vendors will be notified via email of the decision.
- Staff cannot disclose the decision of your application. All decisions are made by the Vendor Committee.
- Additional information will not be supplied prior to the receipt of an approval email. 
- Upon approval, accepted vendors will be charged per the same payment type as paid during the application fee process. Expect a payment to process at the moment approval comes through.

Terms & Conditions

Please read all of the information below before beginning your application. As a vendor, you are responsible for understanding all of our terms and conditions and by submitting your application, you agree to all Fayetteville Dogwood Festival Terms and Conditions.

- A $15.00 non-refundable application fee is required.
- Applications do not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
- No applications will be accepted by mail or email.
- Applicants are selected by a vendor committee by vendor application only.
- Applications that are incomplete will not be considered. Please make sure to complete the application to the fullest potential. 
- Applications that do not include photos will not be considered. 
- After the application closes, applicants will not be able to adjust their application
- Vendors are required to provide an NC Department of Revenue Sales & Use Tax ID Number.
 
By moving forward with this registration, the registrant understands the Fayetteville Dogwood Festival's refund policy includes the following:
 
- Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled.
 
Fayetteville Dogwood Festival follows a rain or shine policy. If the registrant decides not to attend due to weather conditions, the registrant forfeit's the monies paid towards the event. Fayetteville Dogwood Festival reserves the right to issue refunds on a circumstance basis. No registrant will receive a refund without proper discussion with the event organizer.
 
By completing this application, you agree to the following terms:
1. You will arrive on time for check-in on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Tardiness will risk losing your
space.
2. Your merchandise, personal items, and personnel will not go outside of your booth space on any
side. The City Fire Marshal requires fire breaks built into the vendor placement.
3. You will not hawk, peddle, or play loud music.
4. You will only sell items listed on your application and have been approved by the Vendor
Committee. The Committee reserves the right to ask you to remove items that were not approved.
5. You acknowledge that vendor operation hours are Saturday 12pm-6pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm.
Vendors are welcome to remain open past 6pm on Saturday if desired as there will be a concert in
Festival Park.
6. You acknowledge this is a rain or shine event.
7. You acknowledge vendors may not leave during the weekend without approval of the Vendor
Chair or the chairperson’s stand-in.
8. No vehicles are allowed in the festival area during operating hours. We will not allow vehicles
into the festival prior to the end of the festival on Sunday. Vendors will be given further
instructions for load-out.
