About the event

The Lilburn Community Yard Sale is a great opportunity to repurpose your unwanted items and find new treasures! Vendors typically sell pre-owned household items including furniture, clothing, tools, decorations, toys, and electronics. The event is held in the parking lot on 104 Railroad Ave. beside Lilburn City Park. In the event of inclement weather the event will be rescheduled to a future date. Due to COVID-19 all vendors and attendees are asked to practice current CDC guidelines with regards to outdoor events. For most current information visit *event details are subject to change.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Spaces are assigned on a first come first served basis. A completed application and payment online must be received before your space will be confirmed. We will not be accepting any payments or applications at City Hall.
  2. . The space fee is $25 per space and will be charged upon approval of your application.
  3. Applications received after the deadline of August 21st will be charged $35.00.
  4. There is no refund due to inclement weather. The event date will be rescheduled. Please check the City of Lilburn website event listing for updates www.cityoflilburn.com and our Facebook page @CityOfLilburn.
  5.  Renters are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, and chairs.
  6.  All tents must be weighted down for safety. Tents that are not properly weighted will have to be taken down. Tent stakes can not be used.
  7. Each space is a standard parking space, which is approximately 9ft x 15ft.
  8. Renters may reserve multiple spaces at $25 per space.
  9. Check in may begin at 7 am the morning of the sale.
  10. Renters must be checked in by 8 am. After 8 am any unclaimed booth spaces will be reassigned.
  11. All vehicles must be removed from the sale area by 8:30 am and not allowed back in the sale area until 1pm.
  12. After the event renters are responsible for cleaning up all items in their space and taking it with them.
  13. NO selling of food, drink, or animals.
  14. This sale is limited to private individuals. This is not a craft/artist market and no commercial vending is permitted.
  15. ATTENDEES ARE ASKED TO PRACTICE CURRENT CDC GUIDELINES FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS PERTAINING TO COVID-19.DUE TO COVID-19 EVENT DETAILS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
