About the event

This WoodRUFF Bark pet parade and costume contest is inspired by Dragon Con, one of the world's largest pop culture, sci-fi, and fantasy conventions that attracts thousands of people to Downtown each Labor Day Weekend. Doggy Con is bringing pup culture to Woodruff Park on Saturday, August 17 (two weekends before the convention) from 10:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. Strut your stuff in your best cosplay costumes before the big convention for a chance to win prizes...and eternal WoodRUFF Bark glory. Doggy Con will feature a costume contest parade, doggy-centric vendors, prizes, and much more.

About the application

Sign up here to become a vendor for Doggy Con 2019 in Woodruff Park! Spots are limited; dog- and pet-related vendors will be given priority for approval. We are not booking food trucks or food vendors through eventeny but all other types of vendors are welcome to apply (except sales of multi-level marketing (MLM) products or services are not allowed). Questions? Contact Ansley at 404.274.9370 (awhipple@atlantadowntown.com). If you are a non-profit, you can contact Ansley to be considered for a 50% discount on the vending fee.

Terms & Conditions

You will be charged once you application is approved. The event will be cancelled in cases of extreme weather and you will be refunded the full amount, otherwise there are no refunds. You will get one 10'x10' space and you are responsible for your set-up (tent, table, and chairs). Everything must fit in a 10'x10' space. No electricity provided and generators are not allowed.
