Vendor Table (Indoor)– Gamer’s Alley TCG Card Show (April 12)

This listing is for one approved vendor table at the Gamer’s Alley TCG Card Show on April 12. Vendor participation is selected and approved by event organizers to ensure a strong variety of trading cards and collectibles for attendees. Vendor setup will take place between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM, and all tables must be fully set up before doors open to the public. Please arrive within the setup window to allow time to unload and prepare your display.

Vendor Terms – Gamer’s Alley TCG Card Show (April 12)

By reserving a vendor table, you agree to the following terms:

Vendors must be approved by event organizers prior to participating. Approval helps ensure a balanced variety of trading cards, collectibles, and related items for attendees.

Vendor setup will take place between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. All vendors must be fully set up before doors open to the public.

Vendors are responsible for their own displays, products, cash handling, and point of sale systems.

Tables are intended for trading cards, collectibles, gaming items, and related merchandise. Event organizers reserve the right to restrict items that do not fit the theme of the show.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable sales tax and local regulations related to their sales.

Please be respectful of other vendors, customers, and staff. Gamer’s Alley reserves the right to remove vendors who disrupt the event or violate event guidelines.

Table reservations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all merchandise and trash at the end of the event.
