Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit
Plano Temporary Food Permit (Food Vendors Only)
 
Food Permit must be submitted 14 business days prior to the event to receive the permit on time.
A copy of your completed permits must be submitted to us via email no later than 5 days prior to the festival date.
 
Tenting & Product Offerings
Vendors must provide their own presentable commercial grade tenting (or heavy duty canopy) with efficient weights, tent lighting and presentation signage / back wall banner. This is a family friendly event, so at this time we are not accepting or approving any artist vendors with 18+ only content unless this content is less than 5% of your overall content and is not displayed for public viewing. If these rules are not followed, you will forfeit your vendor fee, your vendor position at the event, and will no longer be able to participate in any further future events.
 
Application process
All applications are subject for approval. Application filing does not guarantee approval. Upon completion of this application, you will not be charged until your application has been approved. This is an electronic agreement and by applying for your booth(s), you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

All vendors fees are non-refundable. Upon completion of this application, you will not be charged until if and only if your application has been approved.
