Beyond The Blue III - Electrifying Funk This day of music will be jam packed with Funk and Jam based artists. It's gonna be electrifying when Jimkata takes the stage with their electro-rock sound with a triumph of swirling analog synths. So many new and amazing artists are taking the stage for the first time. It will be a day to remember! This is a rain or shine event. Tickets are non-refundable. In the case of a force majeure cancellation, tickets purchases will be held for future events. No Pets, Glass, Fireworks, Floating Lanterns, Firewood, or Glow Sticks. Thank you for respecting these requests. Heron staff may conduct searches of vehicles on arrival for these items. Failure to comply with rules of this facility may result in removal from this event. The laws of New York State apply to all patrons. There are inherent risks associated with being at an event at The Heron Farm & Event Center. By participating in a Heron event as a ticket purchaser, volunteer, staff, performer or vendor, you are fully responsible for your physical and mental self, your belongings, your vehicle, your actions, injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, or other occurrence arising in any manner whatsoever out of your participation in activities at The Heron Farm & Event Center. In addition, all persons attending this event, by their presence, may be photographed, videotaped, or broadcasted and waive any claim related to the use of their image for promotional purposes for The Heron. About the application

We are expecting 1000 people here at The Heron August 19-21. The music program is all day Saturday for this event. We expect that many patrons will be camping from Friday till Sunday. Submission of an application does not assure a vendor space at this event. We will make selections ASAP and you will receive an acceptance, rejection or waitlist reply by email within 2 weeks of submitting your application.Fees for craft booths are relative to the amount of frontage required. Choices are either 10' frontage x 10' depth ($250), or 20' frontage x 10' depth ($500). We also have a few spaces with 10' frontage x 20' depth ($375).Credit card information will be collected with this application, but only charged after acceptance emails are sent. We will wait 2 days from that time to charge the fees to your card.Fees include wristbands for your staff, plus parking/camping stickers for each of your vehicles. Vendors in 10' spaces get 2 wristbands and 1 sticker. Vendors in 20' spaces get 4 wristbands and 2 stickers. Overnight camping for Friday and Saturday is included with vending fees. Camping or parking is NOT allowed directly behind your booth. You will be able to unload at your booth and then vehicles must be moved to nearby reserved areas. Extra vehicles should be parked in the Red Lot (no charge).Electric is within reach of each space, but each vendor needs to bring their own extension cords. Be as efficient as you can. Our electric supply does not allow for air conditioners in RVs. We do not have RV water hook ups.Vendor may arrive Friday to set up, any time after 2pm. On Saturday vendors will be admitted starting at 9am. Vendors need to be set and ready by Saturday noon. The music starts Saturday around noon and goes till around midnight. Refer to the website for a full schedule of the music and plan your hours accordingly. Vendors can close at dusk if you prefer not to stay open after dark. Friday & Sunday sales are allowed. Patrons will be leaving the site by 1pm Sunday.Each vendor is required to submit a certificate of liability from your insurance company listing Great Blue Heron Music Festival and Steve & Julie Rockcastle as additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis with a waiver of subrogation in their favor. Terms & Conditions

All vendors are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax to New York State. Our tax rate is 8%. Some clothing items are tax exempt in Chautauqua County.This is a rain or shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
