Craft/Non-Profit Vendor Application for September 2-4

Calling all Craft Vendors!! Come and join us on the farm for great music and a wonderful celebration for all! We are looking for fun and unique vendors for this event. Apply today so we can see what you have to offer! Submission of an application does not assure a vendor space at this event. We will make selections ASAP and you will receive an acceptance, rejection or waitlist reply by email within 2 weeks of submitting your application. We are expecting a crowd size of 2000 people for this weekend, September 2-4. Most patrons will arrive Friday and depart Monday. Music will start Friday evening, with the majority of the programming on Saturday and Sunday. Refer to our website for a full schedule of the music and plan your hours accordingly. Vendors can close at dusk, if you prefer, or stay open for evening traffic. Fees for craft booths are relative to the amount of frontage required. Choices are either 10' frontage x 10' depth ($375), or 20' frontage x 10' depth ($500). We also have a few spaces with 10' frontage x 20' depth ($725). Credit card information will be collected with this application, but only charged after acceptance emails are sent. We will wait 2 days from that time to charge the fees to your card.Fees include wristbands for your staff, plus parking/camping stickers for each of your vehicles. Vendors in 10'x10' spaces get 2 wristbands and 1 sticker. Vendors in 20' x10' spaces get 4 wristbands and 2 stickers. Overnight camping is included with vending fees. Camping or parking is NOT allowed directly behind your booth. You will be able to unload at your booth and then vehicles must be moved to nearby reserved camping or parking areas.Our vendor gate will open Friday at 9am. Vendors may stay till Monday morning.Electric is within reach of vending space, but each vendor needs to bring their own extension cords. Be as efficient as you can. Our electric supply does not allow for air conditioners in RVs.Each vendor is required to submit a certificate of liability from your insurance company listing Great Blue Heron Music Festival and Steve & Julie Rockcastle as additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis with a waiver of subrogation in their favor. All vendors are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax to New York State. Our tax rate is 8%. Some clothing items are tax exempt in Chautauqua County.This is a rain or shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
