Vendor Application - 2022 SIBEXPO Philly - Virtual Only

Thank you for your interest in participating as a virtual vendor during the 2022 Sistahs in Business Expo Philly, on Saturday, July 9, 2022 from 10am to 6pm. In your virtual booth, you will be able to showcase and sell products or services in real time, go live and/or use the chat feature to speak with attendees, show your promo video, grow your audience and sales with special offers, easily follow-up with attendees who "stop by" your booth, and so much more.  The integration for virtual vendor booths is really amazing and we are excited to bring this feature to our community of #SistahsinBusiness! Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Please allow up to 3 business days for your application to be reviewed. You will receive notification of the status of your application via email. If approved, your credit card will be charged for the full vendor fee at the time of approval. Please do not submit this application if you are not comfortable with your card being charged or don't have the funds available to secure your vendor space. Your vendor space is not confirmed until your application is approved and your payment is processed. Partial payments are not permitted.

1. Virtual vendor spaces are non-transferable to other people/businesses and may only be used by the vendor specified in this application. 2. Refund Policy - Vendor fees are non-refundable. In the event that you can no longer participate, you can request in writing that your fee be applied towards another vending opportunity with Sistahs in Business Expo. All requests must be received no later than 3 business days prior to the virtual conference for consideration. 3. Vendor grants full permission perpetual and worldwide to Sistahs in Business Expo to use all names, photographs, videotapes or quotations in accounts and promotions in any medium. 4. To maximize the effectiveness of the event's marketing campaign, vendors are also responsible for promoting the event in their networks and circles. Vendors should publish event details on websites, email lists, Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks. Failure to do so would result in non-participation in future events. 5. Sistahs in Business Expo reserves the right to cancel, change the date, location, and/or time of the event prior to the scheduled event opening in the event of an act of God or any outside cause that prevents the event from being held. Any change of date, location, and/or time change of the event prior to the scheduled event opening due to an act of God or any outside cause that prevents the event from being held is considered a non-refundable circumstance, and all fees will be transferred to the new date. In the event of an unforeseen cancellation or rescheduling caused by Sistahs in Business Expo, we reserve the right to retain electronic transaction processing fees prior to issuing refunds. 6. This completed form will become a binding contract upon acceptance by the Sistahs in Business Expo and vendor.
