About the application

This registration is open to APPROVED vendors exclusively. Waitlisted vendors will be notified if and when their status changes to approved, at which point they may register. While we make every effort to take into consideration requests for booth placement, we cannot guarantee any specific booth placement.

Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct must be read and signed during the registration process. See Related Files for copies of these documents. 2. Covid protocol must be adhered to, if in place at the time of the Street Fair. See Covid Protocol section below. 3. Booth Policy Agreement must be read and signed during the registration process. 4. Legal Agreement must be read and signed during the registration process.5. North Dakota Sales and Use Tax Permit or One Time Remittance Form must be obtained and provided WITH REGISTRATION. Failure to provide these documents during the registration process may result in the rejection of your application. 6. A certificate of liability insurance with $1,000,000 coverage must be provided during the registration process. See "Insurance Requirements" section below.

  • License from the City of Fargo *Prior to the registration deadline, as detailed below.

  • State in Feet and Inches how long your setup is once assembled. **must include the hitch, door swings, awnings, extensions, windows and non-removable tongues.**

  • I understand snack vendors can only choose one of two sizes (10x10 or 10x20); I agree to contain my unit within the set boundaries.

  • I understand I will not have the option to purchase power. I will provide my own power utilizing a quiet generator, if needed.
